Intellectual property is part of the commercial practice co-headed by partners Marta Gadomska-Gołąb and Dr Aleksandra Kunkiel-Kryńska.

The team provides comprehensive legal advice on protection of intellectual property. We advise on matters relating to industrial property rights, copyright, unfair competition, the Press Law, the Broadcasting Act, electronic services and gaming. We represent clients in court proceedings.

We have particular experience implementing new technology projects. We advise on the implementation of IT, ICT and e-business projects.

We provide legal support for technology transfer and commercialization of scientific research. We support innovative entrepreneurs, capital investors and R&D institutes.

We also advise artists and institutions of art and culture.
