Our Construction & Projects Team provides professional advice to clients involved in the construction, development, financing and management of large scale engineering and building projects.

Members of the unit work closely with our real estate and banking professionals in order to provide a turnkey service to clients in the sector. 

Projects and PPP:

We advise promoters, sponsors, financiers and public bodies involved in infrastructural projects. Our comprehensive range of services includes advising on all aspects of the procurement, negotiation, financing, build and operation of large-scale projects including Public Private Partnerships. The team works across a range of sectors including energy, transport and waste management.


Construction Contracts: We advise clients on issues relating to the structuring, negotiating, drafting and pricing of all forms of construction contracts. Clients include employers, banks and financial institutions, consortium members and professional service providers.

Construction Disputes: Our construction litigation professionals work closely with the firm's Real Estate Department to represent employers, contractors, sub-contractors and professional services firms in construction litigation, arbitration, conciliation, mediation and adjudication.

Real estate:  Our real estate professionals assist with all aspects of the acquisition and development of sites and structures or interests in sites and structures for building or infrastructural projects.
