Recent work highlights include:
- advising Sepura Limited in respect of an investigation and infringement decision by Ofcom
- defending First Rand, MotoNovo Finance and Aldermore plc on defending an application for opt-out collective proceedings in the CAT for c.£200 million
- appearing before the CMA to advise on major mergers such as representing SSS Public Safety Limited in securing CMA phase 2 clearance for its acquisition by NEC Software Solutions
