Our litigation lawyers advise and represent clients before federal and national courts, the Supreme Court of Justice, and administrative courts in Argentina. Our practice focuses on providing advice on complex litigation matters, including those derived from our insolvency practice (voluntary or involuntary petitions in bankruptcy, foreclosure of guarantees, executory, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings), corporate law matters (including shareholder litigation, actions brought against directors and officers, shareholder disputes, banking supervisory agencies, and the antitrust commission), as well as on general commercial law (contract litigation, products liability, and foreign trade disputes, among others). The firm also represents clients before different governmental and administrative bodies (including secretariats, undersecretariats and divisions of the National, Provincial or Municipal bodies).

Our team also specialize in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, where our lawyers have acted as arbitrators or represented clients in arbitration cases between private or also involving state-owned entities or the government. We have handled one of the largest-ever arbitration cases in Argentina, and we have played an active role in institutional arbitrations (eg. before the ICC, the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and the well-known Centro Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje), and also ad-hoc arbitrations under different national and international arbitration rules.
