Tulip Trading alleges that the developers are in breach of fiduciary duties it alleges they owe to the users of the Bitcoin network, including to Tulip, by not introducing certain changes to the core code of the network. These revisions to the code would allow Tulip to access digital wallets containing a significant amount of Bitcoin, access to which it claims to have previously had and which it claims to have lost in an alleged hack.
