What the team is known for

Enyo Law is a litigation boutique with strong capabilities in commercial litigation involving cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

Strengths

"Enyo is strategic and thinks outside the box. They have a good team of advocates from the junior associate to partner levels."

"Enyo can handle complex matters with confidence."

"They are absolutely outstanding. Enyo really do provide a Rolls-Royce service to clients."

Work highlights

Enyo represents 12 Bitcoin developers in the high-profile Tulip Trading case. Tulip Trading alleges that the developers are in breach of fiduciary duties it alleges they owe to the users of the Bitcoin network, including to Tulip, by not introducing certain changes to the core code of the network. These revisions to the code would allow Tulip to access digital wallets containing a significant amount of Bitcoin, access to which it claims to have previously had and which it claims to have lost in an alleged hack.
