Ellis & Winters has 36 litigation practitioners in the firm’s offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, North Carolina. Our attorneys have experience across the spectrum of business litigation. We have handled complex business cases, such as corporate control disputes, securities matters, antitrust cases, and franchise dispute matters. In addition, we have litigated a wide variety of cases that involve alleged breaches of contract, fraud, and unfair trade practices. Our attorneys have experience removing cases to federal court, or to the recently expanded North Carolina business court, and litigating them to a conclusion. We have experience before state and federal administrative agencies, as well as such arbitral tribunals as the AAA, NASD, NYSE, and ICC.
