The senior partners in our Mergers & Acquisitions practice group average over 20 years of practice, including as partners at some of the largest law firms in the world. We represent domestic and international companies, founders, management groups, and private equity firms in sophisticated mergers, stock or asset sales, leveraged buyouts, spinouts, and divestitures, across a broad range of industries. In addition to representing our long-term clients with their acquisitions and liquidity events, we are often called in as M&A specialists to assist new clients with their transactions based on referrals from their current lawyers, board members, investment bankers, accountants and others.

As with our other practice areas, we are proud of our many referrals from executives and entrepreneurs whom we have previously guided through successful acquisitions and exits. We maintain close working relationships with a network of specialist attorneys which we call upon as needed to assemble a team customized for any particular transaction. We routinely face many of the largest Wall Street and international law firms as opposing counsel.
