- Design of projects in their evaluation before the Environmental Impact Assessment System (SEIA), in obtaining permits and in recursive stages if there were any.
- Execution of projects, through compliance matrices, training on new regulations, regulatory alerts, among others.
- Relationship with communities.
- Requirements or procedures of the Superintendence of the Environment (of information in inspection stages, provisional measures, sanctioning procedures, compliance programs, recursive instances, defense against eventual sanctions, legal advice).
- Sanctioning administrative procedures (native forest, water, mining, sanitation, among others).
- Regulatory monitoring in general (discussion of bills, issuance of new regulations, decrees, resolutions, circulars, guides, among others).
- Circular economy and implementation of the REP law (training, workshops and practical application to frequently asked questions from industries).
- Management of waste and chemical substances, remediation of contaminated sites.
- International environmental law (monitoring and participation in discussions, union representation, Minamata Agreement, among others).
- Good business practices, with a focus on Human Rights and the environment, according to international standards and ESG criteria.
