Eckert Seamans’ Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group has extensive experience in the representation of debtors, secured lenders, creditors’ committees, equity holder committees, trustees, and creditors in turnarounds, loan workouts, collections, and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as buyers pursuant to both Chapter 11 plans and bankruptcy Section 363 auction sales. The group also regularly represents clients in restructurings and liquidations occurring outside of formal bankruptcy proceedings.
