Our law firm advised several investors in the purchase of real estate properties in Costa Rica, including the complete cycle of the transaction (draft of purchase option agreement, due diligence review of the real estate property, closing documents, transfer deed, etc.) with a value of over US$55MM during 2021. 

Central America offers a dynamic Real Estate market that includes tourism, residential and commercial project development.  Costa Rica has special natural conditions for ecotourism (almost 6% of the world’s biodiversity and more than 500,000 species). This situation generates a growing dynamic for the establishment of Real Estate Projects.
