• Extensive experience in all employment related issues pertaining to M&A projects, including transfer of business implications.
• Deep knowledge of recent employment legislation instituted within the frame of the EC-ECB-IMF Memorandum for Greece and flexi-curity measures.
• Participation of partners in the BoD of major clients offers the firm the advantage of accurate knowledge of business practice in relation with employment matters.
