DLA Piper's Austrian corporate and M&A practice advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, from establishing a company to carrying out complex cross-border reorganizations, as well as on national and international M&A transactions. The team's clients range from global corporations to medium-sized international and domestic companies to start-ups and University spin-offs.
Embedded within DLA Piper's global corporate practice spanning more than 40 countries and over 90 offices, the Austrian team is in an ideal position to support its clients with the most complex cross-border deals.
Furthermore, the Vienna corporate team has particular experience in the Life Sciences and Automotive sectors as well as with inbound investments from China. Having advised on some of the most significant M&A investments undertaken by Chinese investors in Austria so far, the Austrian team established a dedicated China Desk at its Vienna office.
