Our firm focuses on advising and representing overseas companies doing business in Saudi Arabia, and we frequently receive instruction from overseas law firms who do not have Saudi Arabian affiliates.

Since we have one of the oldest and most active litigation practices in Saudi Arabia, we are ideally placed to advise on commercial transactions which have potentially contentious elements, such as distributorship transfers, shareholder disputes, and M&A transactions with competition law aspects.

We have represented a number of major multinational organizations on the full spectrum of their corporate and transactional needs in the Kingdom. Some of the clients with which we have worked for a number of years include the Dow Chemical Company, F. Hoffman La Roche AG, Ferrero and Varian Medical Systems International AG.
