Our Real Estate team in Italy advises clients with a multidisciplinary approach to cover more complex real estate issues that also require regulatory, structuring, tax, financing and litigation assistance.

Our team assists clients in connection with real estate matters, mergers, acquisitions and disposals (by means of asset or share deals), financing, restructuring, construction and development projects, joint ventures and the setup of real estate investment funds. Our lawyers provide insightful advice to Italian and international companies and financial institutions across various industry sectors, including retail, office, hospitality and leisure, infrastructure and logistics.

We assist clients on a day-to-day basis and provide comprehensive legal advice throughout every phase of their real estate projects—from the initial structuring of the transactions to their implementation including assistance in disputes. We also advise on drafting and negotiating sale, purchase, joint venture and lease agreements, construction documentation, refurbishment agreements, management and shareholders agreements.

We also cover town planning, building and environmental matters related to development projects and to the legal assessment of real estate assets or portfolio, including judicial assistance before the Administrative Court.

We support clients in valuing distressed assets, by planning change of use destinations and obtaining the necessary authorizations.
