• Business Disputes – representing US high tech investors GKFF EnNovo LLC in a dispute with the Founder of WFS Technologies Ltd; representing Scotch Whisky Auctions Ltd in proceedings by a former director; acting for an international motorsport company; acting for a Singaporean company against The Rangers Football Club Limited; pursuing a claim against the former Rangers ownership company; and advising on corporate schemes, e.g. The Restaurant Group plc.
• Public Law Litigation – continuing to pursue the Western Isles Council; a State Aid challenge relative to the redevelopment of a major rig fabrication yard; and an instruction in Judicial Review proceedings involving the Commission for Equality and Human Rights. Appointment to the legal panel for Network Rail for a further five years.
• Insolvency Litigation – acting for the Gibraltarian trustee in the bankruptcy of Gregory King; ongoing advice to the Official Receiver in relation to the Carillion insolvency; acting for the joint administrators of (i) the Dunfermline Building Society; and (ii) Kaiam Europe Limited; and acting for creditors in connection with the insolvency of (i) FlyBMI; and (ii) Healthcare Environmental Services Limited.

- Dentons acted for Equorium, part of the Edinburgh Woollen Mill Group, in the defence of a claim pursued by Scottish Power with regard to an energy supply agreement.
