Our team represents global and domestic corporates, emerging regional corporates, financial institutions and
private equity firms and their portfolio companies in their strategic transactions in Hungary and across the region. Our core M&A/PE group consists of 13 lawyers with a further ten lawyers in areas such as banking, competition, labor, real estate and TMT who frequently work on M&A/PE transactions.
Unlike most of our competitors in the Hungarian legal market, our team regularly acts as the main transaction counsel on many of the most significant M&A deals across the region (from Poland to Turkey), regularly going up against the London offices of the Magic Circle and Silver Circle, as well as leading US firms.
