The Dentons EU & Competition Team has a very clear focus on, and is highly specialized in:
- Antitrust litigation
- Cartel investigations
- Complex compliance issues, e.g. regarding large purchasing organizations
- Merger control and cooperation agreements
- European law and state aid
- Public procurement. In this field we have considerably enhanced our capabilities with the recent hire of procurement and competition and antitrust lawyer Bram Braat.
Our practice is also active in other core competition work, such as dominance, joint venture and distribution agreements and has ample experience in the health care, retail and distribution, agriculture, food and automotive industries.
The team is headed by partners Marc Kuijper and further comprises partners Bram Braat, Anouk Rosielle and associate Denise Coumans. Michel Deckers, partner and head of Dispute Resolution, is part of the team where antitrust litigation is concerned.
