Our public law practice group advises clients throughout the legal and financial structuring of investment projects in the transport, power, gas, water, and waste management sectors.


Our team has played part in the country’s most important infrastructure projects, some of which include the different generations of toll-road concessions (4G and 5G), airport concessions, structuring various port concessions, railway concessions and numerous social infrastructure projects.


In addition, the team has advised on the most complex transactions involving public law issues and regulatory aspects (administrative law, budgetary, fiscal, education regulation, health regulation and public services).
