The firm has acquired expertise concerning negotiation and debt restructuring, transfer and acquisition of bankruptcy estate assets and takeovers of companies under bankruptcy proceedings and has acted as a legal advisor regarding creditor’s interests. Among the principal transactions which the firm has participated, within liquidation of companies, the firm has counselled in the proceeding of CMC Constructora S.A.C. for debts higher than US$ 10 million. The firm acts regularly as council of Scotiabank Peru for insolvency procedures.
