In North Carolina, the DCH Law LLP Energy & Projects team has advised on the acquisition and divestiture, development, construction and financing of dozens of utility-scale solar (and storage) projects, including EPC and O&M contracting, module and equipment supply/procurement, and related project documentation. The team’s practical, deal-focused approach supports clients from early development through closing and construction.
