International Trade Remedies and WTO

For over a decade, Dacheng’ team in China has helped more than 100 Chinese enterprises respond to cases involving international trade remedies. Our trade remedy team has been recognized by domestic and foreign professional rankings such as Chambers, The Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Legalband, and was engaged by the Ministry of Commerce as panel lawyers for trade remedies matters. In addition, the major members of our trade remedy team also serve as heads of trade remedies and WTO business institutions of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Beijing Lawyers Association. Since 2018, trade frictions between China and the US have continued to rise, and Dacheng’s trade remedy team has represented Chinese clients in responding to the US Section 232 investigations on automobiles and automotive parts. The team also attended the hearing of the US Section 301 investigations on intellectual property and innovation policy in China.
