London-based Agnieszka Klich demonstrates a broad projects an energy practice, acting on acquisitions, investments and developments across renewables, power, water, mining and infrastructure. She leads significant corporate transactions, project financings and export credit loans across the continent and in other emerging markets.

Johannesburg-based Ben Donovan acts for sponsors, utilities and power producers on matters ranging from development to power purchase agreements. With further strength in financing, he recently acted for NamPower on the USD1.2 billion, Kudo gas-to-power project in Namibia. He has broad experience in renewables, including hydro and solar.

Joining the team from Baker Botts in March 2018, London-based Robin Mizrahi is highly respected for his Africa expertise, being described by interviewees as "a very experienced, canny and hands-on lawyer." Sources commend his finance prowess and work in francophone regions, which sees him act for sponsors and lenders on sophisticated cross-border projects.  He has a strong background in IPPs and can draw on significant experience in both power and oil and gas.
