Insurance/Reinsurance: We advise two-thirds of the world’s largest commercial insurers on matters including alternative risk transfer, catastrophe bonds and insurance-linked securities, as well as transformation transactions using special purpose vehicles.

Capital Markets: We adviseover half of the Bermuda companies listed on the NYSE and Nasdaq. With particular strength in IPOs and securitization matters, we lead the way on some of the region’s most highlighted transactions.

Shipping & Aviation: Our team works on the aviation industry’s largest securitisations, debt financings and private placements, and has built a leading practice in ship finance and shipping capital markets, advising ship owners and lenders on financing, IPOs and bond issuances in the region.
