• Represented defendant in Rumanek v. Independent School Management, Inc. An on-going litigation regarding multiple employment laws – first prevailing in part on summary judgment in federal court, then prevailing in full at jury trial, then defeating post-trial motions, then prevailing in defeating appeal to the Third Circuit.
• Represents a large marine infrastructure contractor in a complex commercial and regulatory litigation, arising out of an industrial construction project at the Port of Wilmington, Delaware. This ongoing matter involves a Delaware Prevailing Wage enforcement action by the Delaware Department of Labor against all contractors on the project, with significant potential liabilities.
