The firm has many years of collective experience in providing trusts, foundations and other fiduciary services using Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey law - jurisdictions which are collectively recognised as leaders in the provision of offshore fiduciary services. The team also has significant experience in specialist products and services, including pensions and Shariah, with many of the team having worked in the world of wealth management in other prominent offshore and onshore jurisdictions.

Collas Crill represents trust corporations, individual trustees and beneficiaries and have conduct of many of the leading cases in this area, dealing with novel points of law and creating new and innovative solutions.
