Our dedicated employment law team works on behalf of a wide range of clients in numerous sectors. We have extensive experience in advising our clients on issues involving all aspects of domestic and international employment law. We provide expertise in all of the following: planning and setting up local and pan-Baltic employment and management structures, conducting negotiations when a client is looking to appoint or dismiss an employee or member of management, preparing agreements for management and employees, advising on non-competition and other restrictive covenants, advising on incentive schemes, drafting standard policy documents for employers, advising on dismissals, handling collective issues, conducting employment law due diligence, assisting in disputes and litigation, handling employment issues related to corporate transactions and reorganisations, assisting in processing and transfers of employee data, and advising on employment taxes.
