They act on behalf of the full range of stakeholders in restructuring and insolvency, including banks, distressed debt investors, private equity firms and businesses in financial difficulty.

• Extrajudicial restructuring and renegotiations of debts or within the scope of a special conciliation procedure by IAPMEI

• Legal assistance in insolvency judicial proceedings, including the assistance in the draft of recovery plans and resource to protective orders in insolvency

• Legal representation of multi-creditors

• Participation and attendance in creditors’ committees

• Acquisition and management of distressed assets and non-performing loans

• Advice in cross-border insolvencies, notably in regard to the resolution of businesses by the insolvency administrator
