Our Private Clients practice focuses on international and domestic estate planning and estate litigation. The team acts for and advises high and ultra-high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and families, their advisors, family offices and banks.

The team's core skills are advising on matrimonial property planning, succession planning, estate disputes, including trust litigation, and philanthropy. The team is also specialised in advising entrepreneurs on succession of family businesses. Furthermore, the firm’s experience in sport’s law leads us to frequently advise and represent athletes in contentious and non-contentious private matters. 

Wealthy individuals, families and entrepreneurs seek our advice for tailor-made estate planning meeting their needs amidst restrictive Swiss forced heirship rules and changing international rules on cross-border estate matters and taxes. We are also regularly sought as party counsel in complex estate and trust litigations.
