Competition Law, State Aid and FDI

We advise clients on EU and competition law issues including state aid. Additionally, we advise clients with regard to corporate acquisitions (merger control), abuse of dominant positions, cartel investigations and other assignments involving competition rules. Furthermore, we can assist clients in dawn raids and investigations by the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission and, if necessary, in subsequent court proceedings. We also have broad experience of state aid matters, where we assist clients with preventive advice and notifications to the European Commission. 

Proactive engagement 

We regularly assist clients with preventive work, such as developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting contract reviews and risk analyses, as well as providing tailor-made internal training. 

Our clients include large and medium-sized Swedish and international companies, state-owned and municipal companies and the public sector in general.
