• Represent blue chip clients in connection with DIP/emergence financings, cash collateral hearings, secured party sales, intercreditor disputes, plan confirmation hearings, collateral recovery and out-of-court restructurings.
• Expert in representing insurers in insolvency/bankruptcy proceedings across the US involving asbestos, silica, environmental and workers’ compensation liabilities
