Since our foundation, we have led the infrastructure and project finance practice in Brazil. We advised on the most innovative and complex transactions in the sector and established benchmarks. We cover all major sectors, such as energy, airports, highways, subways, ports, shipping, oil and gas, offshore assets, LNG projects, pipelines, mining, social infrastructure (including public lighting), water, and sanitation.

We have extensive experience in managing contracts with the public sector, including concessions, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and public works, offering support in monitoring obligations and resolving controversies.
