Our experience in handling some of the biggest crises that have occurred in recent years in Brazil enables us to design and develop legal solutions to prevent and respond swiftly and mitigate adverse effects on our clients. Our multidisciplinary approach and our ability to quickly identify risks and propose solutions and systems ensure that our clients are ready to prevent crises and to promptly and adequately respond whenever a crisis arises.

Prior to a crisis arriving, we help our clients map potential vulnerabilities and prepare a crisis response plan to mitigate potential adverse impacts, which can be crucial to prevent a crisis from unfolding or limiting the effects deriving therefrom. We also work collaboratively with boards, C-level, general counsel, compliance officers, audit committee, crisis management teams and PR firms to advise our clients on solutions to overcome adverse effects and to stabilize business activities.
