We have deep expertise in tax treaty interpretation, the development of transfer pricing policies, and the handling of cross-border matters such as cost-sharing agreements, licensing, dividend flows, royalties, and interest. CBA represents both residents and non-residents in proceedings before the Italian tax authorities and courts, including litigation before the Supreme Court.
