Our experience in this area includes representation of lenders in large cases, such as Aloha Airlines, Hawaii Medical Centers and hotel cases, representation of Chapter 11 debtors and creditors committees, such as H&W Foods and Hilo Hatties. The firm also represents landlords and various stakeholders in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings.
