Founded 11 years ago by Henrique Martins and Alamy Candido, Candido Martins’ practice is based on the extensive professional experience in M&A transactions. Unlike other firms, our purpose has always been to remain a boutique firm focused on middle market transactions with a full understanding of our clients´ issues and with the fingerprints of our partners throughout all stages of the projects.

Our corporate area supports the areas of mergers and acquisitions and wealth planning, and also assists in the day to day of invested companies, acting in structuring of stock option plans; incorporation of companies and preparation of corporate acts, such as spin-offs and mergers; negotiation, analysis and drafting of commercial and strategic contracts; and advice to international clients in the planning and conduct of investments in Brazil.

Candido Martins’ team is formed by experienced lawyers with background in large firms. Our M&A practice has 3 partners: Henrique Martins, who worked for years at Machado Meyer, Cescon, Barrieu and BMA; and Daniel Alves, who worked at Levy & Salomão before becoming part of our team.
