· Advises international shipping financiers in relation to the taking of security as collateral and the enforcement thereof.

· Camilleri Preziosi has extensive experience in syndicated, bilateral, inter-creditor and subordination arrangements and other types of secured financing.

· Provides advice and assistance to financiers, crew members and other claimants in relation to the enforcement of maritime claims and ship mortgages, whether arising under or registered in the jurisdiction of a foreign state or Malta.

· Advises ship-owners and yacht owners on all matters, ranging from negotiation of finance documentation, sale and purchase vessels, shipbuilding contracts, charter-party contracts, new building projects and ship registration, to re-domiciliation of owning companies.

· Assists ship-owners with the full range of issues affecting Maltese ships including port state and flag state control, crewing requirements, renewal of certification, bareboat charter registration, armed security requirements in the context of piracy and all other related administrative and technical aspects relating to Maltese ships.

· Advises persons in the yachting sector on the acquisition and sale of yachts, charter and agency agreements and related regulatory matters.
