Recent Work Highlights

  • We served as counsel in a  parens patriae case brought by the Mississippi Attorney General against an automotive company, and nine other foreign manufacturers, under the MS Consumer Protection Act and the MS Antitrust Act alleging that the automotive company and the other foreign manufacturers conspired to fix the market for automotive wire harness systems. 
  • We are representing a pharmaceutical company in talcum powder litigation across multiple jurisdictions, including most notably St. Louis City Court and New Jersey state court in Atlantic City, NJ.  There are also efforts to consolidate federal filings into an MDL.
