Recent Work Highlights
- We were recently selected by Koch Industries to serve on a list of 24 approved firms to represent Koch Industries and related companies. We advise on various environmental issues for Koch companies.
- We advised a pipeline company during emergency response, remediation and compliance issues before the Alabama Department of Environmental Management arising out of two pipeline releases.
- During 2014 and 2015, we worked with a coal corporation and mine personnel on various Clean Water Act NPDES issues and section 404 issues along with revisions to a mine surface coal mining permit, 401 water quality certification issues, and National Historic Preservation Act issues.
- We handled RCRA compliance and enforcement matters before the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
