Our Labor Practice is focused in two important aspects: general labor obligations and regulations and advise and sponsorship in case of conflicts. With a deep knowledge of the Bolivian labor regulations and by providing and preparing strategies and suggestions in order to ensure a safe legal structure our main objective is to avoid controversies which may lead to lengthy and expensive administrative or  judicial procedures.

Our advise on general labor matters include the preparation of opinions on specific topics upon request of the client, drafting labor contracts and agreements of different types, drafting Internal Labor Regulations and other manuals depending on the characteristics of the client´s business.

We advise on conflict prevention, consensual labor terminations, and on disputes that may arise with the Ministry of Labor, both with respect to coactive social processes such as disputes arising with workers, including advice and sponsor on judicial matters and in negotiating labor issues with the workers / employers.
