Overview

The Commercial Property Dispute Resolution team identifies the key issues for clients and the goals that they want to achieve. The team works hard to resolve matters as proactively and expeditiously as possible. They assist with disputes over consent to assignment, sub-letting and change of use, rights of way and boundaries.

Advice is also provided on matters involving property leases, planning and environmental disputes, unlawful occupation, rent and service charge recovery, residential possession and tenant deposit schemes.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is offered which enables clients to reach satisfactory conclusions more quickly and amicably than by pursuing the matter through the Court process.
