Our department is headed by Henrik Selchau Poulsen, one of the leading practitioners of insolvency in the Danish market. It also consists of 8 other qualified lawyers.

We have built a strong track record in the insolvency market in Denmark as a go-to-firm for complex high-end insolvency issues. We advise on some of the largest and most high-profile restructuring and insolvency cases and handle a vast majority of cases from different industries.

We work closely together with creditors, owners and other parties involved to ensure a very commercial approach. We are highly responsive and have a good understanding of the sensitivity associated with many insolvency matters often also involving a multitude of stakeholders.

We act as legal adviser on matters such as:

• Representation of creditors
• Representation of BoD and management
• In and out of court restructuring, often engaged by banks
• Trustee in bankruptcy estates
• Dispute resolution, e.g. D&O liability, avoidance, examination of claims, etc.
