Our Dispute Resolution department is headed by Karsten Kristoffersen, highly experienced in representing clients in some of the most complex cases in the converging area of law and finance. He is assisted by Ole Spiermann, one of the most active Supreme Court lawyers in Denmark, who recently led the investigations into the activities of Danske Bank’s Estonian branch involving potential money laundering on an international scale from 2007 through 2015.
