Highlights from the past year include:
- Advising Altor and Goldman Sachs as lead counsel in connection with a senior debt refinancing of their acquisition - Hamlet Protein’s – credit facilities with Nordea Bank Denmark.
- Acted as legal advisor to BlackRock, world’s largest asset manager, in connection with their forward financing of a certain property portfolio.
- Advising TDC NET in connection with an issuance of EUR 500 million sustainability-linked notes under TDC NET’s EUR 3.5 billion EMTN Programme listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
