The Private Wealth offering in Reading handles all structures of Wills, LPAs, Probates and Trusts for a full range of clients, including high net worth clients, with both personal and business interests.

Our non-contentious specialisms include:

·         advice to wealthy families with UK and offshore assets (including heritage chattels,                business and agricultural property) and UK and offshore Trusts

·         complex probates including cross-border issues

·         insurance & pension based trust/tax advice and planning

·         estates with residential and commercial property

We have an in-house tax team which compliments the service we provide to clients.  They assist with:

·         Trust registrations with HMRC

·         Preparation of Self-Assessment Returns (personal and Trust/Estate),

·         Trust IHT100 returns

·         Preparation of Trust Accounts.

We also have a team that we work closely with and who specialise in contentious trust and probate matters. This ensures that our clients receive a full service in one firm.
