Bristows'  investment funds and partnership teams specialise in advising on the formation, operation and promotion of investment funds, including investment partnerships, as well as advising on professional partnerships, including general partnerships and LLPs.

Established links with leading offshore and onshore firms enable them to offer a seamless international service and instruct the most appropriate local counsel for any given project. 

Brtistows advises on a broad range of investment vehicles, including real estate and infrastructure funds, private equity and venture capital funds and funds focussing on alternative asset classes. The team is recognised, in particular, for its expertise on the establishment and refinancing of partnership fund vehicles and the accompanying management incentive vehicles. 

They also advise individual partners on non-contentious and contentious matters.
