We assist companies in their formation, organization or liquidation, we provide support in the preparation and holding of shareholders' meetings and support board members and managing directors in the performance of their duties.

In addition, we advise our clients on acquisitions and sales of companies or businesses (M&A), private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings, debt financing and related tax issues. We are also a recognised representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange AG pursuant to Art. 58a of the Listing Rules.
