Our client base expands to a range of sectors including individuals and corporates, sports personalities, educational institutions, banks and other major businesses. Our team have acted in cases involving serious sexual offences, fraud, conspiracy and money laundering.

Lachlan Nisbet joined Brabners in 2013, having previously been a partner at Hill Dickinson, to establish a team dealing with, in part, criminal work. The team have developed a reputation rapidly since 2013 from having no reputation for criminal work to being locally well known and well regarded.

Lachlan is supported a Senior Associate Solicitor Simon Morris and Trainee Solicitor Paul Connor.
