Brabners’ banking team delivers all aspects of banking and finance work i.e. acquisition finance and property investment and development finance, as well as bridging and mezzanine.

Unlike some banking teams, we have the added expertise of sector specialisms, namely:

• Housing finance.  Brabners acts for more than 80 registered providers.  This highly competitive, pioneering sector is burgeoning in terms of finance work as mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, finance-raising and other significant decisions are taken by their management.  In the past 3 years we have undertaken housing finance transactions with aggregate values of £285,000,000.

• Sports finance.  Brabners acts for a large number of sporting bodies and clubs and we have in the last 3 years advised a number of football clubs on their funding documents as well as advising professional bodies on loans to their members.
