The Business Support & Insolvency group advises insolvency practitioners (IPs), banks, lenders, directors and other business stakeholders on the full range of insolvency, restructuring and recovery issues both in the UK and overseas.

It also specialises in helping under performing and distressed businesses return to profitability. Where this isn’t possible the aim is to maximise the return to stakeholders. It also assists third parties affected by business insolvency, including customers, suppliers and landlords.
