• Participated in all major M&A deals and greenfield projects in Bulgaria since 1990, including the largest private M&A deals, the largest privatisation deals, etc. In 2016-2019 the firm participated in the largest and most complicated deals – the sale of United Bulgarian Bank (the largest deal in the Bulgarian banking sector ever), the sale of the ongoing concern of Alpha Bank to Eurobank Bulgaria (the first-ever deal of that type in Bulgaria), the acquisition of The Mall – one of the largest shopping centres in Bulgaria, the sale of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria (one of the most complex banking deals ever), etc.

• Participated in the privatisation of whole sectors of the Bulgarian industry – the banking, electricity distribution, cement, beer, and tobacco sectors, etc.;

• Capable of handling large projects under severe time constraints – e.g. a full legal due diligence report of the former tobacco monopolist Bulgartabac based on 600,000 pages within a month;
• Building long-lasting relationships of trust and loyalty – working for Philip Morris since 1990, Ideal Standard – 1992, Kraft Foods/Mondelez - 1993, Sony - 1994, etc.
